Denver, Colorado social club incorporated July 29, 1880 by W.S. Cheesman, A.H. Jones, H.R. Wolcott, David M. Moffat, Jr., Moses Hallett and James Duff. First meeting at the Grand Central Hotel (Denver, Colorado). In 1888 clubhouse was built at 17th and Glenarm and included the first squash courts in Denver, Colorado. In 1953, clubhouse was torn down and replaced with skyscraper of which the Club occupied the top 4 floors. In 1978, club voted to admit women.
