Hollis, Harris W.
Lieutenant General (LTG) Harris W. Hollis commanded the 9th Infantry Division from April to September 1969, and the 25th Infantry Division from 15 September 1969 to April 1970 as a major general. In the early 1970s he was promoted to lieutenant general and served as the United States representative to the Permanent Military Deputies Group, Central Treaty Organization (CENTO), in Ankara, Turkey.
