Pasfield, George, 1831-?
Springfield, Ill. physician and businessman, whose father was born in England, came to the United States and was one of the first settlers in Springfield, owning a grocery store on the north side of the "public square". George, Jr. gave up medicine to manage the store and other business affairs upon his father's death.
