From 1947 to 1964 Ingraham (Harvard, M.D. 1925) served as Associate Professor of Surgery, Harvard Medical School; Neurosurgeon-in-Chief at the Children's Hospital Medical Center; and neurosurgeon at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, Boston, Mass. He pioneered in the development of pediatric neurosurgery.
