Cocheu family.
Frank S. Cocheu (1871-1959) was born in Brooklyn, attended West Point, was a army officer whose career spanned the years 1889-1935, and retired as a major-general in the Signal Corps. Theodore Cocheu (b. 1838) was a long-time resident of Williamsburg.
