William Marvin Watson (b. 1924) was Special Assistant to President Lyndon B. Johnson from 1965 to 1968, and Postmaster General of the United States from 1968 to 1969. He was also coordinator of the Democratic National Convention in 1964. After leaving the Federal government, he was Executive Vice President of the Occidental Petroleum Company.
