Nabell, Edward Gordon, Jr.
Edward Gordon Nabell, Jr., nicknamed "Monk," attended Tech High School, Atlanta, Georgia, graduating in 1919. He then attended Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, graduating in 1924 as a Civil Engineer. As a student at Georgia Tech, he played football and ran track. He was employed by the Atlanta Aircraft Corporation in the early 1930s as an engineer.
