Mudd family.
Richard Mudd worked for 37 years as an industrial physician and surgeon for General Motors Corporation. He was a well known historian from Saginaw, Michigan. He spent many years trying to clear the name of Dr. Samuel Mudd, his grandfather, in the Lincoln assassination conspiracy.
