Randall family.
Edward Randall was a pioneer resident of Avoca, Vic. His son William Randall (no. 532) enlisted on 29 Sept. 1914, served as a Private with the 14th Battalion, and was repatriated to Australia on 25 Dec. 1918. Born ca. 1882, he was a railway construction worker before he enlisted. He died in June 1966. Edward's youngest son, Matthew Ernest Randall (no. 1657) enlisted on 31 Aug. 1915, served as a Private with the 6th Light Horse Regiment, and was repatriated to Australia on 17 Aug. 1916. He was born in 1893.
