Sauk Centre Northern Railway Company.

Incorporated in 1881 under the laws of the state of Minnesota, the company purposed to construct a rail line between Sauk Centre and a point on the Northern Pacific Railway between Motley and Perham, eventually laying tracks between Sauk Centre and Eagle Bend. In 1883, the property was conveyed to the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway Company. In 1931, the charter was allowed to expire.
