Tobey, Fred H.

Fred H. Tobey was a member of the 7th Cavalry Regiment, Company L. He joined the regiment a month after the Battle of Little Bighorn. He took part in the Battle of Canyon Creek, September 13, 1877, against the Nez Perce Indians.
