Ramboz was born in 1879 in Los Angeles, CA; he entered the banking business in 1903 with Merchants National Trust and Savings Bank of LA, serving 15 years as vice president and cashier; in 1928 he established a business as financial and business counselor, also serving as president of the Ambassador Hotel Co. and on various boards of directors; in 1933 he was appointed representative from San Marino to the Metropolitan Water District Board of Directors; he served as vice-chairman in 1948, and chairman in 1949; he died on Nov. 18, 1960.
