Vickers family.
The Vickers family of Chester County, PA was a productive family of Quaker potters over four generations.
Thomas Vickers, Jr. was operating a pottery at Caln by 1796, and continued production there until 1820 or 1821. Assisted by his sons John, Ziba, and Isaac, the Caln pottery produced a wide variety of goods that was delivered over a wide area.
