Steinke, William, 1887-1958.
William "Jolly Bill" Steinke was a newspaper reporter and cartoonist, radio and television personality, and comedic performer, primarily in Pennsylvania, New York, and Maine. His daughter Bettina Steinke was a noted portraitist and Western genre painter.
