Haly, Percy (William Purcelle Dennis), 1875-1937 ca.
Politician.
Haly was at one time Adjutant-General of the Kentucky State Guards. He was also a prominent figure in the state's Democratic Party and active in flood relief work in Louisville during the 1937 flood. He died of pneumonia in February 1937.
