Becker, William, 1874-1961.
William Becker was a pharmacist and state legislator from Elkader, Iowa. Becker attended the State University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 1891 and established a drug store in Elkader in 1892. He married Mollie Schmidt in 1899. Baker served as a Republican state legislator from Clayton County, 1914-1922; and as Elkader mayor, 1922-1924.
