Francis Bardanouve was born in Harlem, Montana, on December 10, 1917. He attended the Harlem public schools and graduated from Harlem High School. He was a stockman-farmer from the Harlem, Montana, area. He was first elected to the Montana House of Representatives in 1958 for the 36th Legislatvie Assembly. Bardanouve represented District #6, Blaine County, in the House since that time. He was appointed to the Appropriations Committee in 1959 and served as chairman for that committee during several sessions. Bardanouve was a Democrat. He died March 17, 2002.
