Doris Keller Hosler was born in Berwick, Pa., in 1921. She earned a bachelor's degree in business education from Bloomsburg University and a master's degree in library science from Drexel University before joining the Library Department at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. During her twenty years with the Library, she served as instruction coordinator, spearheading the development of the library's bibliographic instruction program. The Doris Keller Hosler Classroom is named in her honor.
