Ian Hossack, who evidently collected the papers, was an Educational Administrator in PNG. Mr Hossack held positions in the Planning Section of the Papua New Guinea Department of Education and was Assistant Director of the Technical Division of the Department in February 1972. He subsequently worked in the University of PNG Educational Research Unit.
