Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. Special Committee on Forms and Services
Variant namesSpecial Committee on Forms of Service (also known as the Committee on Forms and Services) was appointed by the 1902 General Assembly (PCUSA) to prepare a standardized manual of forms for special worship services. Henry Jackson Van Dyke was appointed Chair. The Committee produced a manual in 1906 entitled: The Book of common worship.
