Palmer, Aileen, 1915-1988
Born in 1915; one of two children of the writers Vance and Nettie Palmer. She graduated with Honours in Arts from the University of Melbourne, spent from 1935 until 1946 in Europe (1935-1937 in Spain). Many of her later years were spent in various hospitals in Victoria.
