Tyler, Winfield D., 1913-
Winfield D. Tyler was Executive Secretary of the New York State Canners and Freezers Association. He graduated from Cornell University in 1936. Formerly, he was an agricultural extension agent in Madison and Wayne Counties, N.Y. and the agricultural manager for the Curtice Brothers Canning Company.
