Colorado painter. B. May 15, 1890 Denver, Colo. Law degree Cornell University 1910. Practiced law in Denver 1910-1914, then moved to near Bailey, Colo. to begin art career. Noted primarily for oil paintings of Colorado mountain scenes. Helped found Denver Artists Guild 1928 and active in Denver Art Museum exhibits. D. Feb. 29, 1972 Bailey.
