Frankenberger, Norbert, 1918-
Norbert Frankenberger was born January 11, 1918, in Washington, D.C. He received his commission as Ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1940, and advanced through grades to the rank of rear admiral in 1967. He served as Staff Commander of Service Force Pacific from 1965 to 1968. Frankenberger retired in 1970.
