Moorhead and Southeastern Railway Company.
The company, organized in 1884, located (but did not build) a railway line from Moorhead (Minn.) to Wahpeton (N.D.). In 1891 all its assets were transferred to GN predecessor the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway.
