Topping, David LeRoy, 1861-1939.
Topping was employed by the government of the Philippines for 20 years; served in Siberia with the American Red Cross after World War I; and retired to Hawaii. He collected plants, especially ferns, in East Asia, the United States, the Philippines and other parts of the world.
