Mills, Percy Joseph, 1934-
A banker and politician, native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mills represented Caddo Parish in the state legislature, 1968-1972, and was a candidate for lieutenant governor, 1971, and for secretary of state, 1975. He became the executive director of the Louisiana Superport in 1972.
