Deane Kincaide (1911-1992) was a big band arranger and musician during the twentieth century. Kincaide started his musical career when he joined a big band in 1928. He went on to arrange and perform for more than 35 bands between the late 1920s and early 1980s. Kincaide spent the early part of his career in the Midwest, then worked for a number of famous big band leaders, including Benny Goodman, Woody Herman, Bob Crosby, and Tommy Dorsey.
