Great Falls and Teton County Railway Company.
Incorported in 1912, the company built lines in Teton County from Power to Bynum (1913) and from Bynum to Pendroy (1916), totaling about 50 miles. The first segment was conveyed to GN in 1914 and the second in 1928. The company was officially dissolved in 1929.
