Kelsey, Levi
John M. Stevens was born in Connecticut in February 1822. He and his wife Martha lived in Eagleville, Pennsylvania, in 1870, where he worked as a tailor. Later that year, the Stevens family moved to Rosalia, Kansas, where they owned a farm. Their children included Esther, Dora, Ida, and Emma. John's Stevens's sister Emma and her husband, Levi Kelsey, lived in Illinois in the late 19th century.
