Founded in 1982 by John O'Dea as the Park Hill Croquet Club, the original members included: Diane O'Dea, John O'Dea, Sr., Georgia O'Dea, Charles Beribick and Marilyn Munsterman. The club name soon changed to Denver Croquet Club in 1986. Activities include tournaments, classes, social events and games in Washington Park (Denver, Colo.). Open to Denver area residents, the club is a member of the United States Croquet Association (USCA). In 1987, it hosted the USCA Western Regional tournament.
