Butsch, Richard, 1943-....
Dr. Richard Butsch was a student in Civil Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. He received a BS (1966) and an MS (1967) in civil engineering from College of Engineering. As a co-op student he designed prefabricated steel buildings for Armco Steel Corporation, and worked on Ohio River basin planning for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Butsch later earned a PhD from Rutgers University and is a professor at Rider University in New Jersey in the Department of Sociology.
