Baring, A. R.
Lily and William Bergin were the parents-in-law of A.R. Baring. Lily Bergin (nee Brown) was a member of the British Socialist Party in Liverpool before World War I. William Bergin was an office bearer and active member of the Victorian Plasterers' Society throughout the period between the wars.
