Administrative Committee.
Between 1932 and 1935, a three-man administrative committee acted in lieu of a president at Alabama Polytechnic Institute (now Auburn University). Called the "Triumvirate," it consisted of John J. Wilmore, Bolling H. Crenshaw, and Luther N. Duncan. The Triumvirate disolved upon Duncan's election as API president on Feb. 22, 1935. Crenshaw died in November 1935.
