Theta Tau. Rho Chapter (North Carolina State University)
The Theta Tau Engineering Fraternity was founded at the University of Minnesota in 1904. It is the largest and oldest professional fraternity in the field of engineering. The Rho Chapter was established at North Carolina State College (University) in 1924, when the Engineering Department became the School of Engineering. The Rho Chapter of Theta Tau remained active as of 2008.
