Lee Calvin White (b. 1923) graduated from the University of Nebraska. From 1958 to 1961, he was an Administrative Assistant to Senator John S. Cooper, and from 1961 to 1963, he was Assistant Special Counsel to President Kennedy. From 1963 to 1965, he was Associate Special Counsel to President Johnson, and from 1965 to 1966, he served as Special Counsel to President Johnson. From 1966 to 1969, White was Chairman of the Federal Power Commission.
