Freeman, G. R. (George R.), 1830-1910
Variant namesGeorge R. Freeman (1830-1910) was a Confederate officer and lawyer.
During the Civil War he served as captain of Company D, Twenty-third Texas Cavalry. After the war, in 1865, he was captain of the volunteer Treasury Guards.
