Economist.
Carroll Willis Ford received a B.A. from Cornell in 1925 and a Ph.D. in 1936. He taught at Western State College of Colorado, Cornell University, City College of New York, the University of Akron (1936-1946), and Babson Institute of Business Administration (1946-1955, Chancellor 1956-1958). In 1928-1929, he participated in the "Floating University" world cruise on the S.S. Belgenland.
