Bolland, Nettie Rankin.
Nettie Rankin Bolland was a graduate of the University of Oregon Law School, teacher at High School of Commerce (later Cleveland High School) in Portland, Oregon, and president of the Portland High School Teachers Association, Portland Federation of Women's Organizations, Republican Women's Club and Queen's Bench, an association for women attorneys.
