Smith, Claire (Nancy Clarabell), 1886-1961.
Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on January 22, 1886, Nancy Clarabell (Claire) Smith was the older sister of George Albert Smith, 8th president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She studied social work in Baltimore and worked as a social worker until her retirement around 1951. Claire died on March 4, 1961.
