Delta Beta Real Estate Trust.
The Delta Beta Real Estate Trust was formed in 1910 to hold the Sigma Nu Delta Beta Chapter's house fund. Ties with Sigma Nu, the national fraternity, were later severed and the local fraternity, Sigma Nu Delta, was formed. The Trust created the Sigma Nu Delta House Corp. in 1964 to hold title to the new fraternity's property.
