Thortvedt, Levi, 1860-1936
Levi Thortvedt settled with his parents in the Otter Tail County region in 1870. As an adult, he later settled in the Glyndon area of Clay County. His manuscript history, recounting his family's journey to the Valley in 1870, was written sometime before his death in 1936, and was printed in installments in the "Moorhead Daily News" in 1938.
