Volunteer conservationist and national leader in efforts to fight water pollution. Former president, Allied Sportsmen of Western New York and Erie County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs. Representative on New York State Conservation Council, serving as chairman of its Water Resources Committee. Recipient of National Wildlife Federation's Water Conservationist of the Year award, 1965. Delegate representing 54th Senate District at 1967 New York State Constitutional Convention. Proprietor of Spisiak's Jewelry on East Clinton St. in Buffalo and later a real estate agent.
