Clark, Vernon Leonidas, 1861-
Biographical note: Vernon Clark was one of the founders of the Salt River Valley Water Users Association. It was established in 1903 in the wake of the National Reclamation Act of 1902. Through the construction of dams, the Salt River Project assured the availability of a dependable water supply for municipal, industrial and agricultural use in the surrounding area.
