Barrows, Henry C.
Henry C. Barrows was born in New York. He served in the United States Revenue Cutter Service ca. 1890 as a First Assistant Engineer (1898) and in the Aleutians and the Pribilofs. The photographs document his travels to coastal communities in Alaska. Little is known about Barrows after he served in Alaska.
