Reibaud, Francisco.

Francisco Reibaud was a Frenchman who served in the Mexican navy as an officer during the 1830s. He was Consul General for Mexico in New Orleans, La., from the 1840s until his death in 1861. He was commended by Benito Juárez for his service to the Mexican Republic.
