Constitutional Democracy Crusaders.
Political organization established in New Orleans, La., in response to southern Democrats dissatisfaction with the Democratic Party. John U. Barr was that organization's national chairman ca. 1944, and it apparently operated out of the St. Charles Hotel in New Orleans.
