Fort Madison Trades and Labor Assembly.
The Fort Madison Trades and Labor Assembly was chartered by the American Federation of Labor prior to 1955 to unite the various labor unions in Fort Madison to strive for better working conditions and wages. In 1981, the Fort Madison Trades and Labor Assembly merged with the Keokuk Trades and Labor Assembly to create the Lee County Trades and Labor Assembly.
