Cator, Thomas Vincent, 1851-1920

Thomas Vincent Cator, born 18 July 1851 in Roxbury, New York, attended Cornell University and entered the field of law. In 1889, Cator moved to California where he became involved in politics, running unsuccessfully for several offices. In 1901 he was appointed to the Elections Commission of San Francisco, serving until his death in 1920.
