Krulish, Emil, 1878-
Dr. Emil Krulish, a doctor for the Public Health Service, served in Alaska from 1912-1915. "He acted in an advisory capacity to the Governor in matters pertaining to public health. He drafted, and had passed by the Territorial legislature, the first complete sanitary code in connection with quarantine, immigration, medical relief and suppressive measures agains plague" for the Territory of Alaska. [From Who's Who in America, v. 23, 1944-1945]. Dr. Krulish died in 1965 in Pasadena CA.
